We perform on-site delivery for our customers as well , however this is only limited to certain location such as

Shipping within West / East Malaysia

 

We will ship to virtually any address in Malaysia and Singapore, except PO BOX by using our preferred channel partner of delivery which is GDEXPRESS

 

  

 

 

International Shipping

For overseas shipment, we ship using POSLAJU/EMS. Only Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process for the purchase of products at our site.

 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance will be borne SOLELY by the recipient , AS we have no DIRECT KNOWLEDGE AND/OR control over these charges (and cannot predict what they) WHICH may VARY due to the different Customs policies from country to country (and) You ARE ADVISED TO (should) contact your local customs AUTHORITIES (office) for further information on (its) THE IMPOSED charges, IF ANY.

Shipping Charges 

We offer FREE delivery within WEST/EAST MALAYSIA, for any purchases made at RM 50 and above and it is free within the first 3/2 kg ( W.M'sia/E.M'sia ) . For purchases made below RM 50 and above the stipulated allowance weight, the system will NOT automatically calculate shipping charges according to the deliver address at checkout except. There it is advised to be that , purchasers/customers are required to add/pad in a required fee for shipping as listed below

 

Peninsular Malaysia : RM 5.00

Sabah/Sarawak : RM 8.00

for delivery. 

Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of courier service, all weights are rounded up to the next 0.5kg and volumetric weight is used for large items. Package weight may differ from the products weight listed on its specifications.

Delivery TimeFrame 

Majority of our products are ready in stock and we ship it out on the same day , provided orders and payment is made and cleared before 3 pm daily ( business day ) and normally it will take 1-2 days to for the products to arrive at the recipient address. Shipping to rural areas such as inland jungle or remote island will require extra 1-2 business days.

For out of stock items , please allow us 1-2 weeks or maybe more ( subject to distributor stock availability ) for delivery. In most cases, products will be obtained and ship out within a week. However you may initially CONTACT US for confirmation on its availability before performing any orders on it.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Purchaser must CONTACT US within 7 days from the date of the product was shipped and if a return is desired/required the Purchaser must obtain approval from us prior returning a product.

 

We reserve the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.

 

For an approved return product , the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. We will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement , however the buyer must ship the product back to us at his/her own cost. Purchaser will take full responsibility of the product shall it damage/lost of the during the return , therefore it is advised for the purchaser to use an insured courier shipping (PosLaju, Citylink, Fedex, DHL, etc.). The purchaser must ship and return the product to us within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation slip from us.

 

Restocking Fee : Unless the product is defective or the return of a product is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10 % + Shipping Cost ( RM10 or actual shipping cost, whichever is higher ) may be charged on the products that is still in its original sealed package

 

For a faulty or defective product found within 7 days of receiving, we will pay for the return shipping cost ( credited into purchaser account ) and the Purchaser must inform us in within 7 days from the day of receiving the product.

 

For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
